CSA Worker Shares

A worker share trades labor for a CSA share. We have two types of worker share positions:

Vegetable Worker Shares trade 4 hours per week for one standard share. Vegetable Worker Shares choose either a Wednesday or Friday shift and then make a commitment to come to the farm from 7 to 11 AM for their shift each week.

Flower Worker Shares trade 1 to 2 hours per week in the flower garden for access to the CSA flower and herb garden for u-pick bouquets and fresh herbs. Flower Worker Shares receive training from the farmers, but then set their own hours and work independently.

All worker shares come to an orientation on Wednesday or Friday during the third week of May. Work shifts start the last week in May and end the fourth week in October.
